I am sure this office is losing a lot of patients due to the unprofessional attitude of the reception staff. Would NOT recommend this office to anyone.

Shouldn’t even receive 1 star because of the sadistic front office staff of Andrea who laughs about any poor treatment you complain about. Poor Dr Corral has to put up with inferior front office people who do him such a great disservice.

Was satisfied on work I got done for my self Dr Jesse Corales is really unprofessional he did an amazing job on a work he did on my self. Not until I took two of my kids, he was supposed to see them he didn’t, he told me he couldn’t fax a referral form to my daughters cardiologist which I’ve never had to do this the front desk staff always helped me w that in other offices I been too.. he told I had to personally take it all the way to loma linda 🤦🏻‍♀️ “We don’t deal with that using his hand really rude and if you don’t like the door is right there” ( using his hands ass he was pushing upwards )walked away! I was very upset because I thought it was an amazing place to bring my family and the inappropriate way of talking .. The assistant Jackie was really nice to me she witness everything and apologize for her Drs manners she told me yes I agree with you he doesn’t know how to talk sometimes. And said he should’ve never talked to me that way..She was trying to calm the situation I never saw the Dr they assumed my daughter had a pacemaker 🤷🏻‍♀️ ( She doesn’t) she just need a yes from her cardiologist that she can be seen there but they will need to send the inf to them which they refuse to do. I don’t recommend This Dr Jesse Corales I was never rude to hi in anyway. To mention long wait to get seen and also another patient befor is left really mad she didn’t want to get seen 🤷🏻‍♀️ To sad there a lot a people that stay quiet 🤫 and don’t report.
